Sessions

Individual Sessions

A typical psychotherapy session is $150 for 50 minutes. The initial intake will be 90 minutes to review paperwork and to gather history.

I do offer a sliding scale for a limited time.

I also offer a 20 minute initial phone consultation without any obligation.

Family and Couple Sessions

Couples and Family sessions are typically 50 minutes in length and are $150.00.

Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour notice is required to change or cancel an appointment. Should you be unable to provide 24-hour notice you will be charged for the unattended therapy session.

Payment

I accept credit card, cash, and check. At this time, I do not accept insurance, but I am happy to provide a super bill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a
Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate,
